Real Estate in Upstate South Carolina-Beginner Seeking to Help and Learn

Good afternoon BPers!

My name is John and I live in Greenville, SC. I graduate from school in August and I want to get into what Brandon Turner calls "Hybrid Investing" to start out. I've been reading a lot about REI on BP and asking a lot questions; learning a lot for sure. Saying that, I'd like to start moving forward on that by helping out(I don't have much to offer as far as money or knowledge) a seasoned investor with something I do have at the moment... time.

If there's anyone out there in Upstate SC that is willing, I'd love to meet up and learn.
