So instead of the 2 days everybody quotes and since HUD usually responds to winning bids in the afternoon, you really have one day to handle the paperwork and submit the earnest money.

here's whats going to happen now, they'll show up Sunday afternoon and find out they can't get in the house (b/c the locksmith already showed up today to change the locks) and call me furious they can't get into MY HOUSE and demand I come there to let them in.
