Greetings from sunny Ft. Lauderdale. About to enter into a contract on a SFR in Houston, TX. Would prefer to not go with the seller's recommendation for an inspector, for obvious reasons. Anyone have recommendations for a reputable inspector in the Houston area who will ease this out-of-state investor's mind?
