jon is right...the min measurements are for a fireman to be able to enter and exit. when you cut the concrete, you have to use a lentil or a header on top. also, tie the storm drain pipe to the weeping tile around the house. then fill with 3/4" gravel. bolt the well to the house with anchors. fiberglass wells or galvanized are the two options. then needs a cover.i quoted it for my house... it would cost between $1500 and $3500, depending on the style/size, etc..

The Denver market is filled with legitimate renters looking to make a good home and good neighbors so ultimately I decided that, considering everyone's feedback on this forum, it was an unnecessary risk given the scope that these growers wanted to achieve.
