So whats a good way to really proof read (have help proofing) this plan of mine to find out "holes" or a lack of knowledge placed in any of the areas need to invest with smart choices and minimal loses from the start?

@Blair Russell I agree with you about booking as much as possible don't get me wrong, but I'm a believer in optimizing pricing and think it's okay to strategize on the near-term basis without overcomplicating it. 

I'm in charleston, sc and that price is hard but do able. do your research on a agent, maybe someone on here would be your best choice. 

It really is a personal choice and one that takes research on your part.

Not exactly sure if this painter is the right choice- but on a quick notice, he is the best solution so far.
