Does anyone know of a good painter in the Atlanta area?

Working on two projects at once. My existing painter decided to start charging full price rather than wholesale pricing. Looking for a good, honest painter that is "investor friendly". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Capricia Horton: Thanks for the suggestion. But I would need a "full time" painter during the week. I did locate one painter that will take 6 days for interior and exterior - working every day until complete. Not exactly sure if this painter is the right choice- but on a quick notice, he is the best solution so far.

Husband/wife team, won't climb ladders that are higher than 24 feet - so maybe an issue with houses with basements in the future. Haven't seen their work yet - but I'm willing to give people a chance - that sound like they know what they are doing - as long as they have references, and I pay when the job is completed. Since the job is in north Gwinnett - may be an issue for other painters - due to traffic and commute times.
