I am looking to connect with investors in the northwest suburbs of Chicago investing in storage units.

Storage is a great investment.

Appreciate your idea of the modine heaters to provide heated storage for the two vehicle rental as option for ATV, jetski or other toys someone may have.

We closed on our second industrial outdoor storage facility, 5.5 acres in DFW.

One of your "Tenants" is using, I am assuming, a complete rental unit for "storage"?

I would ideally like to get into self storage or mobile home parks.

I valued added this building in many ways, by putting a door on the lower unit so that both units had access to the basement for laundry and locked storage.
