I’d like to put an offer or two together requesting some sort of seller financing or trying to use Hardmoney.

The Internet can help you with this alot to get someone to pick up a trailer n Move it for you and Often MH Parks want  to help you get sewer n Water n Power hoooked up as sort of a welcome and there is always someone wanting to help out.

To have investors and/or partners you need to establish and build the relationships, it is a lengthy and slow process (sort of like dating).
