I feel like in the internet age I could do as good a job marketing the rental as any PM company, so it comes down to just how many midnight phone calls and other hassles we will have to deal with if we do the PM ourselves.

Especially if your using the internet to broadcast your property where essentially anyone could see it.What are steps that you would take if this happens?

I've been a moderator on various web based communities since becoming active on the internet in 1994. 

But likely with a little intensive research I can find this same information at a fraction of the cost on the Internet or on eBay.

Smith I would slowly transition from one form to the other, and then ensure you are getting good results with the internet marketing before abandoning your conventional marketing.    

Self-important, so I have a hard time delegating. blah blah blah, the list goes on.I sit around, read the internet, dream big things....AND NEVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.I have a wife and a young baby, a blue-collar hourly job that exhausts me every day, and live paycheck to paycheck.I have the "POTENTIAL" to do huge things.... but I don't.
