I don't see anything really slowing down -- at least for a few more years.

My suggestion is to ensure that the operating agreement (assuming LLC) is very specific about who is responsible for doing what actions.

Asheville is a great place to invest in my opinion- and I may be biased.Our tourist economy doesn't seem to slow down and is year round.

However there is most likely a 95%+ chance that you will get no response or a negative response.

Therefore I wouldn't feel like I'm digging myself a whole starting out in fall/winter months when the market slows here, meaning less chances of sales yet still required to pay the monthly fees.
