Going the online auction route cuts out a lot of competition.

Hey Josh,There are several grass medians in and around the main traffic intersections of the parking lots; typically where drivers have to stop for pedestrians coming and going from the store.

I (John) am a veteran, so funding shouldn't be an issue, but we are taking a very conservative route and building our business plan to cover anything we can thing of to help better be prepared when it's time to jump. 

I am 22 years old with small family in Kentucky. Seeking a mentor or advice on where to find one. Looking to make my first Investment for my family and to keep the real estate ball rolling.

If bagged concrete meets your needs - have you considered going that route and just renting a portable mixer?

Also, any pros or cons into going this route?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.I went the same route as @Cody Brownfield and went to Hondros College in West Chester.

I'm just starting out by going the wholesale route to get my feet wet into REI.

If I couldn't find any that really fit with my needs I was going to use that route.
