Time management for beginners

Good afternoon!

I'm just starting out by going the wholesale route to get my feet wet into REI. I will be rolling out my marketing within the next 10 days. My question is:

I have three young children ages 7, 6 and 3 and they just started summer vacation for the next two months. I have NO child care and will be with me 24/7, and we all know how that can be (fighting and yelling wise).

Anyone have any advice or experience with this? How were you able to structure the day-to-day single parenting tasks as well as doing REI from home (talking with buyers and sellers and viewing properties)?
