Also, doing a brick pattern with floor tile allows a little bit more error as a crooked grout line isn't as noticeable when they are spaced apart.

I still don't know if these errors are good-faith or bad-faith mistakes but never trust anyone that says "I think you could put $10K into it and raise the value $50K".

The percentage of ownership should be spelled out in the LLC docs as should the exit strategy.If the LLC docs call you all equal members, @Uriah D. may be right - you may technically own 1/3 of the LLC.If that's the case - and an attorney is the way to discern that - you have to decide if you want to blow up a relationship with your partners over an error in how the LLC was set up.

Regardless, I realize the errors of our ways.I could go into far more detail, but my question is, should I sell my house, and take the equity after closing to pay off my CC debt, and rent for a couple years (or more) and start over?
