We recently got charged by our HOA for roof repair from hail damage and it was $14,416.

Three days later there was a hail storm that caused a great deal of damage to the community and I hadn’t updated my policy.

We could open an insurance claim for a recent hail storm but the deductible is $25k. 

That being said I think some of those people will decide they’d rather invest closer to home after doing their due diligence and realizing they can make attractive returns only a 20 minute train ride away in JC.

I hired a roofing contractor to take a look and he said the whole thing needs to be replaced in 3-4 years due to hail and wind damage and not the best install job either. 

Nicely done.I have found tired landlords who have paid off their properties; I found them by riding my bike in my neighborhood and striking up a conversation. 

But the only thing is I don't have a ride and I don't have the time, I would have the time only during he summer possibly but still I won't have a ride.

Its been a fun ride I am excited to keep it going!
