What can I offer to gain flipping houses on hands knowledge

I am new to the Real Estate Investor community. No-one that I am around has anything to do with investing real-estate. I was a bit sheltered growing up, which made me the shy person I am today. But, I do want to get out there and involve my self in this community.
What and who can I offer services to gain experience, to be involved in the real-estate investing community, and to surround my-self with other investors.

I carpool in the morning at 5:50AM-7:00AM. Then, I have a little free time until 10:00AM to work till 2:00PM. Then I drive back to carpool back home from 3:30PM-5:00pm.

Is there any suggestions? Thank you in advanced :)

@Araceli Nunez, you want to get involved in the community so join your local REIA/meet-up. Once you connect with experienced investors, find their pain points and help them resolve those issues. Usually, this means finding lucrative off-market deals. If you bring a quality deal to the table, I promise, any flipper will let you shadow their work/process (and they'll probably even pay you a finders fee). Moreover, during your car rides, plug your headphones in and start listening to BP Podcasts. You can easily bang out two to three episodes a day with your commute. Knowledge compounds. FYI, I recommend house-hacking your first deal. Good luck!
