Anywhere from a 2/1 1100sq ft to 4/2 2200sq ft.Based on my research, if the home is completely remodeled, comps close to ours are selling in the $180k - $190k.

We ended up having the first offer fall through because of the assessment being lower then the listing price.We tried to explain that the city is unaware of the remodeling that happened and once they are the assessment will increase, but in the meantime enjoy the lower taxes.
