Recommended Contractors in the D.C. Metro region

Hey Gang,

I'm closing on my 1st deal next week in Temple Hills MD and was looking for recommended contractors (Electrician, Plumber, Drywall framer, HVAC) that have worked with Investors before. Quality work, and dependability are a must.

@Mark Cruse, The project took much longer to finish than expected, but its listed last month and has had several  viewings. 2 offers, one which was a lowball offer and one for some reason was recinded by the potential buyer.   It's gotten great reviews from the Agents who have shown the property, so I'm fairly confident that I will get a buyer soon! *Fingers crossed*
