That can also include "doing together" and sharing connections.I can tell a mentee what to look for in a good lender or I can introduce them to my lender of choice - assuming they have proven to be trustworthy, accountable, reliable, etc. so that my reputation and relationship with that lender is not jeopardized.

I began talking with my regular contractor in September and firming it up with him in mid-November for a house renovation I expect to be doing starting in January.Next, establish a relationship with a few reliable contractors and regularly feed them work.

Mobile homes are different than regular RE in that most of the time they have vehicle like sales processes, and thus there aren't many if any reliable off the shelf options for contracts.

Plus, you will need to find a reliable cleaner as well as a handyman who can handle any guest needs ASAP, as well as yourself being reachable most of the time.You could always get a PM for your STR, but then you're looking at steep fees, the cost of furnishing it, and you may not do any better than you would with turning it into an LTR.My inclination is to find a LTR tenant, and if you find the tenant on your own then you probably don't need a property manager.
