This is a formula for a neighborhood moving into distress appreciation slows are stops and values decline.A good target market is in an area that is still in its growth period, demand is stable or growing.

I'm in Lansing and Grand Rapids area. 

Owasso seems like a great place to invest as it is continually growing.

I own a few properties in Ga and TX and am looking forward to growing more--however, I think it would be beneficial if I network with other like-minded individuals.  

We don't have a local real estate club here in Longview, Texas yet so there isn't much I can do in the form of networking at events.Once we figure this out and have a solid foundation to grow our business on, we will take it by the horns and make the absolute best we can out of it!

And you can't leverage this, or make it grow in value, then at the end of the term you don't even own it anymore.

I am looking to connect with you all in order to help me grow and maybe in the near future I will be able to share some advice with you too! 

As individual podcast audiences grow, I think there will be a lot more of it.
