You can use a DSCR loan to cash out up to 80% of your properties value to use towards your next home purchase, which you can also use a DSCR loan for as well. 

From there it's point and click categorizing and tagging of income/expenses to their respective properties.

However I may need more cash to give to rent to own as a down payment to move into the house after their investor purchases it.
