Call the city courthouse or get the app for n your phone that tells who owns the property

One thing to consider is vacation rentals is for the most part unregulated and as it's popularity grows you can definitely expect the government to get involved and regulate.

I'd strongly suggest checking out meetup.com or the app and go to some of the local meetups in Harrisburg. 

I heard Brandon Turner kinda helped popularize it early on.

I would try and start discussions asking about loan strategies or talking about bitcoin being the future and had literally the Founders of this app telling me stop crying or am I insane (in my own words).
