I Tend to think big and bet on my skills.

I heard about this forum from Rich Dad Poor Dad and I'm excited to be here surrounded by you good people.

I finally convinced him to listen to one of my audiobooks (rich dad poor dad) which he did, and he seemed to enjoy it and became intrigued.

This was much better for us as opposed to lowering price - because we were cash poor and would not have the cash to make those big ticket updates ourselves, even with a lower purchase price.

I'd say he ran into trouble from poor spending habits and a scam that cost him any savings he might have had. 

These are people that do not want to use section 8 but are poor and are working class people.

In my account I had about $1200 and to be honest i'm not sure what it is at now but I know I put it on an aggressive plan that has performed poorly.

It may seem cliché, but It was Rich Dad, Poor Dad that helped me dig deeper into understanding and increasing my financial intelligence.

It was a poor rental due to the low down payment but a great appreciation play.

I am reading rich dad poor dad right now and I have a handful of other books to read as well.
