You basically own to the middle of the street, but you have dedicated it to govt for the right of way. 

My Core 4 activities)I want to hear from those who currently use a platform to make marketing efforts more efficient and targeted, and then also from Investors who WANT to to accomplish more efficient marketing, but haven't explored how.

I also heard having a "mother" LLC owner of other LLCs which would essentially be dedicated to each individual property.

We have a large portfolio of 50+ SFH and love the Cozy platform.

@Masashi Borges-SilvaFor you to get a valuable response - the person responding would have to be in the same profession as you(mechanical engineer) along with living in the same location and atleast have more experience than you.With that said - $106,000 sounds low to me for a professional such as an engineer after 9 years of experience living in NYC but I am speaking with no experience.Maybe posing this question on another platform like reddit would give you better results since this is a real estate forum.

I have a very good Friend that I met here on BP @Redha Laafia, He is part time cold calling and text msg and he have gotten a few deals (is impressive what you can do with persistence and dedication ) Love that guy!  

It’s always best to register with their platform and download the offering memorandum for the property first so you can read about it and understand the numbers and the story that they have already put together and are presenting for the deal before you call them up and then ask them questions about the deal.
