I don't know what I would do instead, though-- I don't have a "passion" or a specific industry that I want to get in.Anyway, I'm sure I'll learn some things here, so I'll see y'all around.

I would not say one is easier then the other but if developing is what you like and what your passionate about then focus on that.

But where I lack experience, I've got enthusiasm, passion, and hustle.

I am interested in BRRRR at the moment, but open to suggestions on other strategies that people in the community have become passionate about. 

With me moving across country I am leaving behind a great reputation of being an industry expert that with a passion for learning and sharing what I know in my local investor communities.The problem, My most valued asset is my time, I simply can't reach out to every single person individually and walk them through what I am doing to find out if they might be interested as well as there will inevitably be people I simply over look or forget.

I am looking forward to all the Webinars, blogs, the forum and eventually networking with people who have the same passion for real estate. 

Ultimately, you have to have a passion for either or both ~ real estate, or getting a degree.We tend to put our focus, time, and money into those areas in which we are passionate, because those are the things we love to do and we're good at.I don't think this is a question of "logic" so much as a question of the "heart".  

You made a bold decision to exit college and move directly into the REI world, which happens to be your passion.

It all started by me listening to a fantastic podcast with Clayton Morris and his story just re-ignited my passion along with me ready to free myself from working a 9-5.
