Hello BP family!

My name is Jay Azeltine. Im 22 years old and recently decided to leave The Ohio State University and pursue my goals in real estate. College was great, but it wasn't getting me any closer to achieving my goals. I recently became a licensed real estate agent and am looking to acquire my first investment property within the month. Mentors have played such a key role in my life thus far, so I'm certain that with the right mentors I can achieve great things in the world of real estate investing.
