And if so, during the seller-financing contract write-up (and eventual loan servicing agreement), all the difference would be that instead of using my own name in the paperwork, it would be under my LLC's name, correct?

I don't think w two you've reached the pain point yet, that usually hits many in the 6 - 10 range when banks start getting more stringent w borrowing, and paperwork, makeovers, direct renter engagements start taking more time and interupt your lifestyle.

i recent bought a house with hard money and i didnt take out enough money too complete the project so how can i get additional funding too finish the project.Also after buying the house its was 5 bed room two bath but after reviewing all the paper work after the sell it was only 3bedroom and one bath room.WHEN IT CAME TOO MY ATTENTION WAS AFTER THE APPRAISAL CAME BACK ONLY GIVING 8,000 DOLLAR OF VALUE CAN ANYONE GIVE SOME SOUND ADVICE
