@John Anderson I actually told the agent I would be in the neighborhood the day of and may stop by, the agent was actually very happy that I stopped by and got that info on the husband because they were not answering any calls so I pretty much saved the agent a trip , and I was not trying to buy the house without the agent simply trying to get them to answer also this agent has actually helped me with questions on other properties and has made calls on my behalf to set up other viewings on other properties
