Yeah, thanks for that. apropos of nothing Steve, other than you may find this interest based on your love of learning to do things yourself, you don't need an "official" QI, from my understanding anyone that isn't an excluded person can serve as a QI as long as they submit the right paperwork to the IRS and withholding agent.

I really enjoyed the first meeting that I attended last month, and i will be officially joining the organization next week.

I have build homes and office buildings, garages etc from drafting drawings to working with city and government officials, engineers, architects and finally moving people in.I am a disabled Veteran, But I am not asking for a hand out, Just a leg up to get going.
