Need Financing help

Hello, 

Before anyone judges me, I want to be open and honest. I am hoping to find some one who is a real estate investor and is willing to share their wisdom so to speak.  I learn best first hand. SO to me having some one to talk to and work with and ask questions is wonderful way to learn. <><

I have read through Forums, Read books, Articles and found I am ready to get going, but just need a little support, I thought about those online gurus and dont want that kind of pattern in my life.

Yep I know what is in it for the person mentoring me. Well I am willing to share the profits. Their time is extremely valuable.

I have a back ground in building homes and office buildings, repairing home others would walk away from. I am a Mechanical Engineer and  a prior contractor and electrician.  I have installed all phases of building, from running heavy equipment to patching roofing, Installing a designing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical , sewage etc. I have build homes and office buildings, garages etc from drafting drawings to working with city and government officials, engineers, architects and finally moving people in.

I am a disabled Veteran, But I am not asking for a hand out, Just a leg up to get going. 

My weakness is the financing, Knowing the various local markets. I can handle the rest. So If you know of anyone willing to work with me, develop a friendship and camaraderie then please drop me a line.
