So you have three choices, (1) engage an attorney to draft a contract specific for the property you’re attempting to wholesale or a generic contract for any property you’re attempting to put under contract, or (2) purchase and download a contract from one of the numerous on line legal sites, or (3) utilize the commercial improved property contract provided by the Texas Association of Realtors ( note: if you’re not a member of the association and a licensed Realtor using their contract is a copyright violation, however; the chance that the copyright police will arrest you is extremely small).

First one, lost out in a bidding war.

There are numerous examples none of which they have the man power, batteries, or factories to produce. 

I have spoken to numerous others who have had the same problem.

And no real war zones so you dont have any areas where the same very nicely built Craftsmen bungalow will in one neighborhood sell for 750k but in another just over a 100k  there can be swings of price based on area but its not as pronounced as what i see back east

I felt Quickbooks was just a much more established company and product than Xero, with Quickbooks being owned by Intuit- a huge financial firm with numerous products under their ownership.
