Hey BiggerPockets crew! I really want to buy this townhouse in Lincoln Park area in Chicago, I am absolutely in love with it! It needs some touch-up but I'm trying to understand the first place to start for going about the job. Anyone who's done similar work in the area? Please holler, would love to sync up.
