@Randall E Collins

In Texas only residential property contracts are promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission. So you have three choices, (1) engage an attorney to draft a contract specific for the property you’re attempting to wholesale or a generic contract for any property you’re attempting to put under contract, or (2) purchase and download a contract from one of the numerous on line legal sites, or (3) utilize the commercial improved property contract provided by the Texas Association of Realtors ( note: if you’re not a member of the association and a licensed Realtor using their contract is a copyright violation, however; the chance that the copyright police will arrest you is extremely small).
