Especially interest rates on consumer debt such as non crucial items put on credit cards for 20% interest.

But ya I aimed for 3 bed 1-2 baths, cuz I can always live in one of them, or the basement if it is good enough to clean and actually stay. and rent out the rooms. check out prices for one room in your area, or near by apartment complexes and base your numbers / deposits and rules off of them

Instead of having to file interest income yearly, (next year I may be a non-resident alien, may not be going back to USA), would like pay and to report all gains and interests for tax year 2017.  

Proposed regulations have run the gamut to not much impact to virtually eliminating them for non-owner occuppied.  

David Hite do not go off of the origination date or due date if it is non performing - that is useless.
