She seems to have a knack for tracking down information in nooks and crannies on the web.That said, at least here there's a condemnation process and one of the early steps in a property is declared a public nuisance.I would assume (but am not 100% sure) that by the nature of the title, and it having to go through the court system, as I understand it, that in most places this information would be searchable.I also commend you for that being part of your mindset and prospecting strategy.

The general public and local politicians have little regard for protecting this once prestine natural ressource: the storm sewer overflow issue is without a solution in sight (passing a law to allow the municipal waste water plant to dump raw residential and light industrial sewage into the lake 6 times a year would be political suicide in Europe, just saying) and the DNR recommends to limit fish consumption to once per month, just to keep your mercury intake down a bit..

I say this: Check-in 12Noon (flexible) ; Check-out 12Noon (Less-Flexible) - that way if they already know that they have travel plans, or disruptions, that may break that check out time, they will need to coordinate it beforehand.So a not so funny story: I had a group (of skin care product salesmen of the Eastern European variety) who broke every rule in the book.
