Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any seasoned contracts that work well for the Chicago market (or any market)?

We are experiencing (CT real estate and throughout the nation) the loftiest sales season since 2007.  

So far I've had no luck, and I'm wondering if any seasoned list pullers on here can offer some advice on how to go about pulling these lists consistently with the most up to date information.

Sure you may have a better rate, but FHA first time home buyer loans are for owner occupied use only, and requires you season the loan for at least 1 year.

Get a seasoned eviction lawyer and evict ALL tenants for breach of lease, nonpayment of rent, and anything else your lawyer recommends.

Over the the last season  of years, I have had to replace leaking evaporator coils in Goodman several units that were less than 3 years old. 

Local market factors play a big role. lf you're in a university/college town, you will need to account for seasonality (no rentals in summers, unless you structure your rental agreement appropriately). 

Is he a seasonal employee?
