Real Estate Lists from County Courthouses

I have been researching pre-foreclosure, divorce, tax delinquent, code violations, and probate filings as lists for sourcing deals. Right now the best source that I have been able to get access to are the county news papers that are showing the foreclosure, divorce, and probate filings. However, I'm looking for the advice on the processes and resources that I need to get access to in order to consistently pull these filings in order to contact these leads. I've tried emailing the specific courts that handle each of these filings, as well as put in open records requests in order to see if there is a way to pull these lists online from resources that the county gives access to. So far I've had no luck, and I'm wondering if any seasoned list pullers on here can offer some advice on how to go about pulling these lists consistently with the most up to date information. I hear the best way is to go into the county court houses and get access to their computers. My business partner has went into Gwinnett Counties office and tried but wasn't able to figure it out. I've got a 9-5 so the only way right now for me to get in there is to take a day off and see if I can pull all of these lists in one day.  How do you go about pulling these lists from the counties computers once you are at the courthouse. Is it pretty easy to pull lists by say every divorce filing in the last 3 months, or do you have to go 1 by 1. Will anyone at these courthouses take the time to show you, or are you on your own there?

As for reaching out to these counties in regards to getting this info, I believe in most counties the Magistrate Court handles Evictions, the Superior Court handles Divorces and Pre-Foreclosures, and the Probate Court handles Probates, but correct me if i am wrong. What about code violations, and tax delinquent filings. What courts or county branches will handle these filings. Essentially I would appreciate any advice on what the best way to go about getting these lists would be. 

Also if anyone knows of any List brokers in the Metro Atlanta area, or website subscriptions that are best for tracking these leads than I would love to hear them.
