Realtors to partner up with..
I'm looking for realtors to partner up with in CT and MA. I'm open to ideas, maybe Zillow co-partnering or anything you might have in mind?

The best way to partner with a realtor is to call them up and explain your business model.
You need to show them you are legit, and you get deals signed.
Tell them what benefits there are for her (because all agents are female)
(There are a ton of benefits):
- Give them the leads that are better suited for an agent.
- Give sellers the agent's card and tell the sellers "Yo mami, my agent is the bomb. If you rather sell with agent, duuuuude... she is the one to call", and give them your card. Trust me, you are not convincing anyone to sell fast for cash. If they called you or signed the website they are NOT doubting, so no you re not losing a potential deal!
- Tell them what you expect from them. (comps...? foot massages? Cooking?
- Tell them you know me and it is quite possible you can get them a signed .. T-shirt ( I was going to say undies, but I am behaving. We love you Mindy ^_^).
- Obviously, tell them they get to list the property after you fix them up.
If you are serious and can deliver on your end, NO agent in the right mind will pass up partnering with you. Looking like me does help though. And my crazy accent?? swoon!
