I honestly feeling very bad for LP that invest in such project/fund as making good amount of return is actually easy in residential duplex….

I threw the last crowd out of my daughters home because it was a mess.I mix Fabuloso in with a chem cleaning agent we get in 5 gall pails from a local chem company as little else was working on tough stains, like red wine, dog & cat etc etc.

I feel as though it could be a great city for new opportunities as some neighborhoods are transitioning.

As mentioned I am aware of the grandfathering if there were two previous structures meters but it looks like developers are buying RS-5s in a row and able to rezome multiple lots.I feel like years ago (5-8) there was a big stick about either R10 or RS10 lots but don’t have the info.Thought  I’d ask the hive mindThanks,Tim
