@Kenneth Garret, I did have an inspector, I was there during the inspection and he said one of the heating units was new but the other unit was locked due to the tenants not wanting us in.

I have a Samsung SmartThings hub that manages the thermostat and the lock.

We just changed the locks and emptied out the rotten food.

(rehab It to rent or sell - presuming it needs those things.You write up a contract with the seller, putting as little as $100 down to get a 30-60 day lock-up on their property, then you go and try to market that property to a potential buyer.

Security- Put a lock on the hitch.

About all it does is lock up that extra $30K in the exchange so you have to use that much more cash in the purchase of your new property. 

I recently read "landlording on autopilot", Mike Bulter suggests allowing potential tenants to view his properties alone using a lock box, or in my case key pad lock entry, my units all have keypads that I can program one time entry codes.
