PA Moves Eviction Goalposts!

It should come as no surprise that on July 9, 2020, the day before the July 10 end of Pennsylvania's eviction moratorium, Governor Wolf has EXTENDED the time a landlord must endure lack of rent without any legal recourse.  He has decreed the eviction ban will remain in place until August 31, 2020...

Governor Wolf has EXTENDED the time a landlord must endure lack of rent without any legal recourse.

I'd send Gov Wolf a letter stating that based on that legal theory you're having a hard time paying income taxes.  Therefore want permission to skip with-holding payments.

These govt types have no clue on the consequences of their actions.

Unfortunately, there's more tenant votes than landlord voters and politicians can count.
