Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like "Buy and Hold", "Florida", "Flips", etc ) so you'll be notified and can jump into those conversations!

Also - be sure to take 2 seconds and set up a few Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like apartment, Portland, etc ) so you'll be notified and can jump into those conversations!

Also - I'd recommend setting up a Keyword Alert for the word "Houston" and/or "Texas" so you'll be notified when those terms are discussed on the forums and you can jump into those conversations and meet local people!

I'd recommend setting up some Keyword Alerts for the words "duplex" and/or "San Jose" or any other terms you like, so you'll be notified when those terms are discussed on the forums and you can jump into those conversations and meet local people or answer questions that you have some experience in!
