Hi everyone,

My name is Khang and I'm 27 from San Jose, CA. I started investing in real estate last year, when I bought a duplex with my friend in Sacramento. I had done reading and research for over a year before getting my feet wet; I was too scared to get involved with no experience. However, the duplex is now fully rented and we are getting a nice cash flow.
I have recently acquired my real estate license to facilitate all future transactions and we are now actively looking for our 2nd property. Our goal is to build a solid portfolio of cash flowing properties for the long term.

I have been lurking BP for a while but never found the urge to post. However, I feel like I am missing out by not doing so, and decided it was time to sign up.

I hope I will be able to contribute as much as I have learned from you guys.
