The internet is plenty big enough....

I've gotten more free advice and knowledge here in a few weeks than I would have poking around the internet for months on end. 

Haha I would ignore some opinions on the internets.

I believe I will finish all training next month.

I am a serial entrepreneur; I do websites, internet marketing, graphic design, and t-shirt designs.

I must train my body/mind to operate in a way it has never operated before.

BK's really are  non issue for a foreclosure bidder......if it makes to the auction, bid on it.BTW, a one hour sit down with a real estate/investor attorney, for a few hundred bucks, will/would have saved you thousands in mistakes, and the deal, and make you more confident than asking friends and us random guys on the internet.

What I'm most interested in from a broker is the training provided, and maybe the contacts I make there.

Different deals would call for different structures, pay outs etc....Have workers lined up ready to perform rehab - they've been trained what preferences we have (flooring, colors, hardware etc...)Rehab, stage, sell.  

If I purchase a multi-family in my own name, can I still use many of the tax deductions (repairs, home office, mileage, utilities, internet usage, etc) come tax season.
