New Agent in St. Petersburg Florida

Hello everyone,

I've been on the forums for a couple months now and just recently(last week) passed my real estate exam here in Florida! First try also so I'm very proud, still deciding on my next steps and maybe where to go from here as far as a broker.

Can anyone provide with me some MUST ask questions to potential brokers and what kind of things would be in my best interest? My end goal in this industry is to be an investor but I know having my license will only benefit me in that aspect. What I'm most interested in from a broker is the training provided, and maybe the contacts I make there. Please share or enlighten me on anything else I should keep in mind or be aware of as I'm still very very new to all of this!

Thank you!
