While there are many techniques out there to invest with very little cash, they are generally more "advanced/complicated" and carry more risk.P.S. 

So far I have been able to meet some incredible individuals in the real estate space, and I have a mentor who will meet with me every two weeks for 2 hours (a big time developer in Columbus and along the east coast).I pay about $20k/year for those connections, and I have to do school work and exams so I can keep my status as a student.
