Hi BP fam!!,

I love learning about real estate and have done some serious investments in the past 5 years to learn as much as possible about this beautiful business.  What are you learning before 2020 is over? or right after as a new year goal?  Below is some of my favorites, feel free to ask any questions!

Real Estate Note Investing - by Dave Van Horn

Book on flipping houses - J Scott

Book on estimating rehabs - J Scott

(course) The Real Estate Goddess's Guide to Wholesale - Vena Jones-Cox

The Millionaire Real Estate Agent - Gary Keller

@Jonathan Tavarez

I recently finished the Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, which was solid. The only thing on your list I have not read is the course regarding wholesaling.

A couple that I have read this year specifically related to real estate investing:

  • Multi-family Millions by David Lindahl
  • Crushing it in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate by Brian Murray
  • Buy, Rehab, Refinance, Repeat by David Greene

Lately I've been branching out reading more personal development or business books like:

  • Outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill
  • Titan: The Life of John D. Rockefeller, Sr.
  • The Seven Levels of Communication by Michael Maher

I've read the majority of the best books on real estate investing out there and honestly the content has become pretty repetitive. Always good reinforcement though.
