Sure, if you are in a state where pre-foreclosures are in abundance,  you need to tweak your message to fit their pain point.

Slow K-1s are a huge pain.

Middle Americans are in more pain than ever on one side of the argument, and rioters in the inner cities are demanding healthcare, minimum wage increases, affordable housing, and other dispensations on the other side.

There is a painful day of reckoning coming, for sure.Our best bet as landlords is a PA Supreme Court case in which landlords challenged Gov Wolf's authority to impose the moratorium.

I bought a 4-unit in PA in the town I grew up in (while living in Los Angeles).I have family there who can visit the property if need be.
