I am sure there are horror stories out there with others, but the experience I had was very fulfilling.

If it is a tax credit eligible building you just need to find a CPA to educate you on the process.

May I say that you have been lucky in your first RE investment but to continue your success you need to become more educated in the tools of RE investing. 

I have been spending a lot of time taking in as much education as I can that is provided by bigger pockets.

That is my main concern i am not educated in such facts, which is why i am contacting a few lawyers and libraries and online cites to educate myself!
