Hello bp community! i am a 20 year old investor in mass that has found a duplex for 120k, it has been updated in the top floor and the outsides look great and i am scheduling to go see it. The problem is the top tenet has become unruly and needs to be evicted, the houses were renting for 850 each and i am not knowledgeable in evictions. but if this gets me into the game ill fight tooth and nail to get this property if its worth it! what would you all do? if you have any questions please ask! ill try to be as informative and precise as possible, thanks!
