Get rid of them asap and start fresh with a tenant that is not a know liar.

I think fresh paint cannot do any harm especially if you have the budget for it. 

Since they also own investment properties, they were able to screen the houses from the perspective of an investor.

Unless there are unusual reasons for you to do so (you are a celebrity, etc), it can be better from a lot of perspectives to choose something besides your name.Beyond the SEO, and potential legality questions, if you look long term, and assume your company is successful and grows, 20-30 years from now, when you go to sell out/retire, it can be more appealing to others to buy XYZ LLC from you, than YourName LLC.
